Time and Attendance system will mainly monitor the entire time one/more employees will spend both on/off duty, from time in to time out of duty according to the scheduled shifts assigned of the employees in different work locations or branches and process the raw data into different reports. With this module, we have so many features to enable the HR/ADMIN Officer interact and generate different attendance reports like daily/ monthly, performance etc by employee /Department  /Shift/ Section/ Branch/ Designation etc.

Leave Management.
This module contains the information about the employees leave details. There are so many kinds of leave for example sick leave, vacation, holiday etc., therefore with our TIME MASTER SYSTEM you can easily add as more leave categories as you can depending on your company/institution. Every employee must be assigned a leave approving officer/officers.
There are fixed number of days that are allocated for each type of leave and the database of leave details are maintained by the organization. The details includes number of days, period, total number of leave taken by that employee up to that date and number of days that are remaining. It’s up to the HR officer to set the system either to delete the not taken days of leave in a year or cross them to the next year.
We have an employee self portal service portal where every employee will log into and access their attendance or leave details for application and checking leave application status. So you do not need to use paper forms to apply for leave especially those employees on distant locations/branches

Public Holidays.
These are days specified in our attendance system Scheduler according to the Act and declared to be public holidays, which, subject to this Act, shall in every year be kept and observed in our attendance solution as public holidays throughout the year in a specific country.
In addition to the public holidays prescribed, the President or any other authorized institution may declare any other day to be a public holiday, and may limit the observation of any such public holiday to any area or place in in their country and our system solution will capture as per instructions..
Employee Termination.
Our attendance system will help the HR Department in monitoring employee contracts and terminations in case of it has expired, any misbehaviors or malpractice at work.
All contractors and contracts are being followed and monitored by this system to ensure that all discontinued employees or contractors do not mark attendance and payroll won’t generate their names in the pay slips or payment sheets. 3.0 REAL TIME SYNCRONIZATION 

This application will run and synchronize in background mode with the all the installed biometric devices in different locations to check the online / offline status & collect the attendance logs/data from the Biometric devices through LAN/WAN. Each Biometric device must connect with Network Router to communicate with Real Sync monitor module. We must allocate one Fixed IP Address for each biometric device and update the server Service Static IP.

4.0 PERFOMANCE APPRAISAL

Appraisal system allows you access to the data from anywhere—all you need is an Internet connection. Simply log on to your web-based program and view all necessary forms, as well as employee profile information and self-assessments. You can also solicit 360-degree assessments and electronically route the final performance appraisal to HR for approvals and signatures. Now, performance reviews can be written anywhere, at any time— eliminating age-old problems associated with a paper system, such as with tracking down people for missing forms or signatures!
This Online Appraisal module will contains information about the employee’s current position in the organization. This module has the information such as employee name, employee ID, Division, work group, evaluation date, evaluator, and evaluation period.
This module is used to monitor the employees, their work performance and the involvement of them in the organization.

5.0 SELF EMPLOYEE PORTAL

Self-employee Portal will help employees and HR Manager to request/approve leave and permissions online especially for the distant employees. Employees are able to printout their own leave application paper work involved in this process, employees will visit the web based/online TMS system through any LAN/Internet connected PCs with their User details and apply for leave or permission and the request notification mail shall be sent to the approving officer/officers for approval/cancel and again the approving officers’ response shall be sent back by mail to the employee for their information about their leave/permission application status.
