Many Organizations/companies have their own Canteens or meals facility service providers on contract to provide drinks, snacks, Meals at economical price for their employees. Meals Management System designs and provides a user-friendly system to control, monitor and audit employees’ meals details and contributions within a specified period.

The main objective of this Meals Management System is to manage the details of
Food served, Tokens printed, employee/employer contributions. It manages all the information about Food, Orders, Food break times, multiple food counters.

 The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access with only those assigned with different user rights. This application program will reduce the manual work for managing the Food served, employer/employee contributions, food break times, Token issuance to the right employees at the right time, Orders served daily.

NOTE: If you’re using our Backend Time and Attendance system, it will become easy for users/employees to be monitored by their shifts since the Meals Management system will only issue meals tokens for those on duty and assigned to those specific shifts as per time and attendance reports generated automatically.

Abstract of Meals Management System.
Most companies use MS Excel to maintain their records, however it is not possible for them to share and process their data from multiple systems in multiuser environments, there is lot of duplicate work, and chances of mistakes. When the records are changed, they need to update each excel files which is hectic and time consuming.

There is no option to find and print previous saved records. There is no data security; anybody can access any reports and sensitive data, also no reports to present for accountability. This Meals Management System is used to overcome the entire problem which they are facing currently and making complete automation of manual system to computerized system.
This system is and can be fully customized to suit and solve any kind of different challenges faced in terms of meals and human resource management.

 Work Flow.

Employees will visit the on-premises canteen or food order counter. They must Punch into the available Biometric device by either fingerprint/face/Pin/Card. One Punch based on the food break time; Token will be printed as one copy to the employee. Employee will go straight to the food counter, hand over the token to whoever is receiving them from the side of the service provider and get served his/her breakfast/lunch/Dinner/etc meals.
Once the employee takes meals or Food, the Food counter person accepts the order with or without updating the employee/employer contribution rate depending on the installed infrastructure, as he/she retains the token for accountability.
